Coach Fahey prides himself on his abilities to connect with players of every level. At the youth level Coach Fahey has developed a process to streamline a player’s understanding and abilities to perfect the basic fundamentals. From there, introducing new age game play is seamless. Player’s look and move different after a few sessions with his coaching.
At the High School and Collegiate level Coach Fahey has an eye for player’s strengths, weaknesses and bad habits. He teaches player’s how to play to their strengths while building their weaknesses and changing their bad habits into sound fundamentals and skills.
Coach Fahey's 'Quick Release' offense trainings have become some of the most sought after training programs in the state.
He graduated from Cabrini University, a 2019 DIII National Championship program. With a successful collegiate career Coach Fahey led the Cavaliers in faceoffs and ground balls. In 2009 he and his teammate were recognized in Lacrosse Magazine as “The Best Faceoff Duo in the Country.” Kevin has over 15 years’ experience training and coaching all positions and age groups, from 2nd grade through the collegiate level with a passion and focus around the Midfield position.
If you attend ALUSA trainings you will hear Coach Fahey repeat the phrase “Practice Makes Permanent.” Coach Fahey believes perfecting the basic fundamentals of lacrosse, the overall movements will soon become second nature.
Kevin graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and worked as a software sales executive in New York City for 10 years. Kevin’s successful corporate background brings leadership, organizational development, team building and motivation to Advanced Lacrosse USA.

Coach Tom Prior has over 25 years experience coaching at every level. From coaching NCAA Division 1 at Manhattan College to High School State Championship teams and Youth Lacrosse. Coach Prior has produced over 250 Division 1 goalies.

Coach Prior's keys to success is his ability to constantly evolve during his 25 year teaching and coaching career. He's an expert at teaching the most innovative goalie techniques.
Coach Prior says "Becoming a great goalie doesn't happen overnight. The boys must be aggressive and get constant reps. I will teach them how to anticipate the shot, how to clear the ball, and how to "Bait Up" the offense to shoot where we want them to shoot for a high save percentage."
In 2019, Greg graduated from UMass Amherst (UMASS), a top 15 nationally ranked Division 1 lacrosse program. In his senior season, Greg was a member of the number 1 defense unit in the country in terms of goals allowed per game. As a player, Greg was consistently leading his team in physical fitness, a testament to his work ethic and long hours. He was also consistently on the Dean’s List; was named to the All-New England Academic team; and earned a 4.0 GPA his senior season.
After his senior season, Greg was awarded the Garber Goose Award for leadership, hard work and accountability.
Working with Coach Greg, you will hear him preach about “Working smarter, not harder” and “Being a complete player on and off the field.”
This past year, Greg earned his Master’s Degree in Durham England where he was a player/coach and helped lead his team to the number one ranking in the BUCS British collegiate league, as well as being an All-British Defenseman.
Before Greg's collegiate career, he was a starting player and team captain during Don Bosco’s historic, State Championship Win in 2013. Greg prides himself on consistency and teaching players the most effective way to defend and pressure offenses. Greg’s key to defense is: “Make the offense play at a pace that is uncomfortable to them and capitalize on their mistakes.” "A disciplined defense is key to having the ability to string together goals and go on scoring runs."
Christine is a former Division 1 lacrosse player, and a four-year member of the Immaculate Heart Academy varsity lacrosse team, of which she was a senior captain. As a 2020 graduate of George Washington University, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Anthropology with minors in Biology and Sustainability. As a Colonial, Christine served her team as an attacker for all 4 years of her college career. She ended her college career in her last-ever game by scoring all 5 of her 5 shots against fellow Division 1 team, the William and Mary Tribe. Predominantly an attacker, Christine’s skills include power and precision shooting, feeding, re-defending techniques, and plays.
As a senior at IHA she scored 55 goals and had 15 assists, finishing her high school career with 104 goals and 34 assists. Among other accolades, Christine earned a spot on the All-North Jersey Second Team, and was named a New Jersey All-Star in 2016. The same year, the Blue Eagles competed in the Bergen County title game and the North Jersey Group 3 quarterfinals.
Christine was also a longtime member of the T3 Elite Lacrosse Club. During this experience, she played at a high level of competition where she developed her attacking skills and gained exposure to the college recruiting process.
Tommy Joyce is a recent graduate from the University at Albany class of 2019. Tommy is a High School State Champion with one of the most prestigious lacrosse programs at Don Bosco Prep.
After high school Tommy went on to play Division 1 lacrosse at Cleveland State University, where he competed at the highest level against 6 of the top 20 ranked teams in the country. Tommy put up 2 goals against #1 ranked Denver University, as a freshman! Tommy finished his career at SUNY Albany, a top 5 successful program in wins over the last 10 years, making an immediate impact by bringing his advanced offensive skills to the team.
Tommy has an extreme passion for growing the game of lacrosse and believes there needs to be stronger development at the youth level: “I’ve been taught by some of the best minds in lacrosse and have seen the game at its highest levels. I feel it is my duty to share what I’ve learned with the younger generations to grow the game, the right way.”
Tommy is well versed in teaching all ages basic, intermediate and advanced skills: “I know what it takes to get to the next level of lacrosse, whether it’s high school or college, and I feel confident I can help each athlete reach their full potential”.
Cecelia Webb is a senior defender at Summit High School. She is committed to the University of Virginia. She is a captain for the 2023 Summit Lacrosse season and a 4 year varsity member of the Summit Lacrosse team. She helped bring home the Tournament of Champions win in 2022 for Summit. In her junior year, Cecelia was an All-American, All Academic American, First All Team State, First Team All Group, and First Team All Conference. Her sophomore year she was a Second Team All Group and Second Team All Conference.
She coaches any chance she gets as she loves to spread her knowledge and appreciation of the game to future players. Stick skills, footwork, and lacrosse IQ are the most important skills to Cecelia. She is the ideal coach for your player!
Kyle Rochester is a graduate of St. John Fisher University where he played close defense. He excelled at 1 on 1 on ball defense and communication.
While playing, he was a part of a top 20 ranked team in the country and in his last year playing, the team finished at 4th in the country. Kyle graduated with a bachelors in marketing.
Accolades:
Dana Meehan is a recent graduate from Kean University. She was a four year starter on the attack for the Cougars. Despite the COVID 19 pandemic affecting two lacrosse seasons, Dana was able to surpass the milestone of 100 points.
In 4 years and 46 games played, Dana scored 76 goals and had 29 assists. Dana was on the IWLCA academic honor roll for her junior and senior year. To earn this honor, you have to have earned a cumulative GPA of 3.50 or higher. Dana’s lacrosse philosophy consists of mastering the basic skills, being creative, and having fun while playing the game of lacrosse.
