Director George Bogner
Position: Goalie Specialist
College: Kean University / Rutgers University
Coach George Bogner brings over a decade of expertise in lacrosse goaltending, with a proven track record of developing players at all levels. A standout player himself, George honed his skills playing varsity lacrosse at Arthur L. Johnson High School, earning all-conference honors before moving on to the NCAA Division III team at Kean University. During his career, he posted a .667 save percentage, a 7.00 goals-against average, and one collegiate shutout. He later continued his academic and athletic journey at Rutgers University - New Brunswick, where he played 2 more years for their Division I Men’s Club Lacrosse team while pursuing his graduate studies.
Having trained hundreds of goalies, many of whom have progressed to Division I collegiate teams, George is known for his hands-on coaching style. His unique ability to adapt his training to meet the needs of each goaltender has solidified his reputation as a go-to specialist for players looking to refine their skills. His approach combines technical mastery, agility development, and mental fortitude to help players reach their full potential.

Tom Prior - Goalie Coach
Coach Tom Prior has over 25 years experience coaching at every level. From coaching NCAA Division 1 at Manhattan College to High School State Championship teams and Youth Lacrosse. Coach Prior has produced over 250 Division 1 goalies.
Some reputable programs to mention: Johns Hopkins University, Notre Dame, Duke, and Princeton
Coach Prior's keys to success is his ability to constantly evolve during his 25 year teaching and coaching career. He's an expert at teaching the most innovative goalie techniques.
Coach Prior says "Becoming a great goalie doesn't happen overnight. The boys must be aggressive and get constant reps. I will teach them how to anticipate the shot, how to clear the ball, and how to "Bait Up" the offense to shoot where we want them to shoot for a high save percentage."
Conor Keenan - Goalie Coach
Position: Goalie Specialist
College: Lafayette
Coach Conor Keenan brings a wealth of experience and dedication to his role as a goalie coach. A standout athlete himself, Conor is a committed player who has made a name for himself both on and off the field. He is currently committed to Lafayette College in the Patriot League, where he aims to further develop his skills and contribute to a competitive program.
During his three-year varsity career at Seton Hall Prep, Conor demonstrated exceptional talent and resilience. He recorded an impressive season with 119 saves and only 51 goals against, achieving a remarkable 70% save percentage. His hard work and dedication did not go unnoticed, as he earned numerous accolades, including Third Team All-State honors as a junior, First Team All-Essex County, and Second Team All-Fitch Pit.
Conor is passionate about offering personalized one-on-one training sessions tailored to each player's needs. His coaching focuses on refining technique, building confidence, and enhancing decision-making skills, all aimed at helping young goalies reach their full potential. With his hands-on approach and commitment to player development, Conor creates a supportive environment that fosters growth and excellence in the sport.
Ben Weintraub - Goalie Coach
Position: Goalie Specialist
College: FDU
Coach Ben Weintraub is a junior goalie for Fairleigh Dickinson University–Florham, playing a crucial role in the team’s defense. Last season, Ben made 107 saves, solidifying his reputation as a reliable and skilled goalie. He developed his game at Arthur L. Johnson High School, where he played varsity in both 2021 and 2022, laying the foundation for his college success.
Growing up in Clark, NJ, Ben has been surrounded by lacrosse his entire life. His deep love for the game started at a young age, and his dedication has only grown over the years. Off the field, Ben is equally committed to his future, pursuing a master’s degree in accounting while balancing the demands of being a student-athlete. He has a deep understanding of the game and a commitment to its growth on all levels. Ben is extremely grateful for all of the opportunities lacrosse has given to him throughout the years
Matt DiScola - Goalie Coach
Position: Goalie Specialist
College: Manhattan University
Matt DiScola is a dedicated lacrosse coach and former athlete with a rich background in the sport. As a two-sport athlete at Bergen Catholic High School in New Jersey, Matt showcased his talent and determination, playing a pivotal role as the starting goaltender on the lacrosse team that won the state championship in 2015.
Following his high school success, Matt took his skills to the collegiate level, competing in Division 1 lacrosse at Manhattan College in Riverdale, NY. There, he not only excelled on the field but also pursued a degree in Broadcast Communications, blending his passion for sports with his interest in media.
Now, as a coach, Matt is committed to developing the next generation of lacrosse players. He draws from his extensive experience to instill a strong foundation of skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in his athletes. With a focus on fostering a love for the game, Matt aims to inspire players to reach their full potential both on and off the field.
