Coach Fahey prides himself on his ability to connect with players of every level. At the youth level, Coach Fahey has developed a process to streamline a player’s understanding and abilities to perfect the fundamentals. From there, introducing new-age game play is seamless. Players look and move differently after a few sessions with his coaching.
At the High School and college levels, Coach Fahey has an eye for a player’s strengths, weaknesses, and bad habits. He teaches players how to play to their strengths while building their weaknesses and changing their bad habits into sound fundamentals and skills.
Coach Fahey's 'Quick Release' offense training has become one of the most sought-after training programs in the state.
He graduated from Cabrini University, a 2019 DIII National Championship program. With a successful collegiate career, Coach Fahey led the Cavaliers in face-offs and ground balls. In 2009, he and his teammate were recognized in Lacrosse Magazine as “The Best Faceoff Duo in the Country.” Kevin has over 15 years of experience training and coaching all positions and age groups, from 2nd grade through the collegiate level, with a passion and focus on the Midfield position.
If you attend ALUSA training, you will hear Coach Fahey repeat the phrase “Practice Makes Permanent.” Coach Fahey believes that by perfecting the fundamentals of lacrosse, the overall movements will soon become second nature.
Kevin graduated in 2009 with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and worked as a software sales executive in New York City for 10 years. Kevin’s successful corporate background brings leadership, organizational development, team building and motivation to Advanced Lacrosse USA.

With over a decade of coaching experience, Coach George Bogner stands out as a seasoned expert in the realm of goaltender training. His passion for the sport and commitment to developing top-notch goaltenders have earned him recognition and respect within the lacrosse community.
Throughout his coaching tenure, George has had the privilege of training hundreds of goaltenders spanning all ages and skill levels, the majority of whom have progressed to collegiate play, with some playing for top caliber teams at the Division I level. His approach is rooted in a combination of technical expertise, strategic insight, and unwavering dedication to his players' development.
Coach George Bogner played 4 years of varsity lacrosse at Arthur L. Johnson High School, where he received all-conference honors. George went on to play for the NCAA Division III Men’s Lacrosse team at Kean University, where during his career he posted a .667 save percentage, a 7.00 goals-against average, and one shutout. He then went to pursue his graduate studies at Rutgers University – New Brunswick, where he played 2 more years of Men’s Club Lacrosse.
George has a unique ability to tailor his training strategies to each goaltender. Whether it entails perfecting fundamental techniques, enhancing agility and reaction time, or fortifying mental toughness, George employs a comprehensive approach aimed at unleashing each goaltender's full potential.
