Lacrosse Philosophy
What began as a summer job evolved into a lifelong career and passion. Lou's commitment to the sport extends beyond player development; he is dedicated to helping athletes and families navigate their lacrosse journeys with confidence. His experience, relationships, and passion for the game have made him a trusted resource for players pursuing success both on and off the field.
Recruiting Experience
Since 2020, Lou has played an active role in the college recruiting process, successfully guiding and placing more than 350 student-athletes. His extensive knowledge of the recruiting landscape, combined with a deep network of collegiate coaching contacts, allows him to provide families with informed, strategic guidance throughout every stage of the process.
Coaching Experience
With more than 22 years of coaching and club lacrosse experience, Lou has worked with players of every age and skill level, from youth athletes to nationally ranked prospects. Throughout his career, he has helped develop some of the top players in the country, several of whom have gone on to compete professionally in the Premier Lacrosse League (PLL). He has also had the opportunity to coach alongside many of the most respected and successful coaches in the game.
Playing Experience
Lou was a First Team All-State selection at DePaul Catholic before continuing his athletic career at Marist University, where he was a four-year starter, MAAC Champion, and All-MAAC Conference player. A former walk-on, Lou was also a two-sport athlete, competing in both football and lacrosse.
