LEAD GENERATION EXPERT

Division: Marketing
Location: Remote - NJ is preferred
Company: Advanced Lacrosse USA
Compensation: Hourly

Advanced Lacrosse USA is seeking a Growth / Marketing Coordinator to drive lead generation and program sign-ups. This role is focused on execution and results—getting parents to take action by booking calls and registering for training programs.

Responsibilities include creating and posting short-form content across Instagram, driving traffic to our player evaluation calls, supporting email campaigns, improving signup flow and messaging, and tracking weekly lead performance. This is not a passive content role; the focus is on generating measurable interest and conversions.

The ideal candidate has experience in social media marketing or lead generation, understands how to influence decision-making, and works independently without needing constant direction. A background in lacrosse or youth sports is preferred but not required.

Success in this role is defined by consistently generating qualified leads, filling weekly sales calls, and contributing to increased program registrations.

Compensation includes base pay with performance-based incentives tied to leads and sign-ups.

To apply, please submit examples of content you have created, any measurable results you have driven, and a brief response outlining how you would generate 20 parent sign-ups for a training call in one week.
