GIRLS TRAINING

Our most sought after trainings guarantee immediate improvements inside 3 sessions. Our position specific staff is very enthusiastic and encouraging. We believe in constant reps and having fun while learning. New age drills to seamlessly transfer our knowledge and customize our practice plans based upon players needs.

Offense: Become the most dynamic player possible; be confident with driving to cage, dodging, feeding, and off-ball movement. Become more than just a specific player (ex: feeder) and be comfortable in all areas of the offense.

Defense: Play the most aggressive defense possible while also playing clean (comes with good footwork and overall athleticism & lax IQ)
